How do I join?

How do I unsubscribe?
You can unsubscribe from our basic service by sending us an email at [email protected] or hitting the Live Support Button, and we will delete your account.
Where is the price points for your memberships?

How do I log in?
Make use your username and password are correct. Copy them directly from the confirmation email you received when you signed up. Make sure that your CAPSLOCK is not on as usernames and passwords are case sensitive.
Can I buy a trial membership to look around?
Yes, we do offer a couple of different trial memberships so that you can look around and realize why we are the best choice for you.
How do I edit my account?
Log in to your account and click edit my account. Change your email address, password, username and update your profile as you see fit. Just remember, everything you change must be reconfirmed.
Can I cancel my membership at anytime?
Absolutely! We don’t want you to leave but we do understand. You can cancel at anytime by email at [email protected], via phone call at +1-855-600-1070 or via our Live Support Feature.
What if I cannot remember how I paid, can I still cancel?
